NYC Red Tent Temple - April 30

Dear Sister-Goddess,

We welcome you to the Red Tent Temple*.

First we want to thank Deb, Ruth, and Hope for coming to our April 2nd Red Tent Temple. It was wonderful to meet you and share time and stories. We hope you found the Red Tent Temple welcoming and nurturing. We hope you will come again.

Now to announce the next Red Tent Temple*:

It will be on Saturday, April 30.
Doors will open at 5 p.m.
There will be introductions, a meditation and sharing time beginning at 8:00PM

Please RSVP for the address of our Manhattan location.

When you RSVP please tell us what you plan to bring for the potluck. It can be cheese, chips, fruit, chocolates, or red-tinged beverage (wine, hibiscus tea, pomegranate juice!).

Since it is April 30 is May Eve - Let us celebrate Spring and being together by bringing flowers that we can share. We all like taking flowers home, bringing Spring into our homes. Sharing flowers is tradition of May Day that I remember from my childhood.

Please bring an offering of your choice: candles, body glitter, bindis, temporary tattoos, spare jewelry and other inspired adornments, instruments you want to play...and your loving hearts! Don't forget to RSVP so we can stock the table for a delectable evening.
We are still looking for large floor pillows, red/purple/pink blankets or afgans, to make our space cozy and comfortable for everyone. We are also looking for contributions of goddess-themed tunes/cds, books and wall art, fancy fabric, shawls and scarves.

Come on April 30, bedecked in all your womanly glory: red/purple/fushia/dark pink/burgundy (colors suggested but by no means required).

Please forward this email to any of your friends that might be interested in sharing love woman space with others.

 *The Red Tent Temple Mission

Red Tent Temple is more than a women's circle. Rooted in radical self care, it is a group process of shifting from busy into the beauty of the moment. Diving into the luxury of intentional womanspace, together we will weave a collective tapestry of the sacred feminine in the heart of NYC.

Whether you desire rest and the peaceful embrace of our healing sanctum, an opportunity to share laughter and tears, a glass of wine, good food and inspiring music, or an excuse to wear body glitter, join us in honoring ourselves and our sisterhood. Red Tent Temple is open each month from 5-10 p.m. on the Saturday nearest the new moon.
